The Gentle Breath Meditation is a simple and easy practice that can be
done for 5-10 minutes a day.
The purpose of meditation is connection - nothing more, nothing less - but connection to what you might ask?
The connection is to our inner essence or ‘inner spark’, the very spark that is so natural in babies and young children before they’ve learned to ‘think’ things through, they respond from their senses of what they feel around them. We never lose this sensitivity but it can get buried beneath layers of hurts, stress and burdens - meditation ‘reconnects’ us to this inner essence.
