An online meditation group to support you to stay steady, and to breath your own breath.  Meditation is a tool we use to connect us to our essence - our inner heart - and once connected we go about our day in the quality we've connected to in the meditation.

The Yoga of Stillness Program - ONLINE

Every Thursday for 6 weeks

Starting 20 May 2021

An 6-week program that offers you the space to reconnect with your own Stillness, and to feel how deeply restorative and nurturing it is when you take the time to get to know yourself in this way.


Suitable for men and women - teens through to the elderly.

This program is offered online and recordings of the session are available for 7 days following each class.


Dates: 20, 27 May & 3, 10, 17, 24 June 2021

Cost: $90 (Concession/financial hardship by request)
