These online programs are for people who have attended a group Yoga of Stillness program and who now feel confident to participate from their own home via their own computer. Perfect for people who cannot physically attend a class but who want to deepen their practice with their connection to their Stillness. All sessions are done via Zoom, an online meeting platform. One-on-one, couples, families, friend groups or work groups can be arranged with no minimum or maximum number of participants.
