A 6-week program that offers you the space to reconnect with your own Stillness, and to feel how deeply restorative and nurturing it is when you take the time to get to know yourself in this way. Anxiety, stress, overwhelm, exhaustion and excessive busy-ness need not be our 'normal' way of being and instead we can learn to approach life feeling centred and calm. Suitable for men and women - teens through to the elderly.
